                 Kelly Addink is a Controller in Baker Tilly’s out-
               sourced accounting practice. She has nearly 25
               years of experience in providing financial account-
               ing advisory services to companies in a variety of
               industries. Kelly also worked as a Controller at a
               craft brewery for more than 6 years. Today she
               combines her technical skills and industry exper-
               tise to deliver customized accounting, finance and
               operational assistance to Baker Tilly’s craft brew-
               ery clients.
